About this recreational assistant gift
A recreational assistant keeps a rec center, camp or senior program running. They set up the gym for pickup games, hand out equipment, check people in at the front desk, and catch the kid who wandered off during dodgeball. It's a job that's easy to overlook until something goes wrong, and most of the people doing it are on their feet all day, often in a whistle and a lanyard. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit fun: a tee they can wear on a warm afternoon, a hoodie for the chilly gym or the early morning shift, or a mug for the break room that nobody else will claim. Adding the name of the place they work, or the program they run, turns a generic job shirt into something that's theirs. If you're buying for a whole staff, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-season thank-you than another box of donuts.
