About this director planning gift
A director of planning usually sits between the big picture and the spreadsheets, working out where a city, company or organization should be in five or ten years. The days tend to run long, full of zoning reviews, budget meetings, community hearings and drafts that get marked up in red more than once. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well: a tee they can wear to the office on a casual Friday, a hoodie for late nights at the desk, or a mug for the first cup of coffee before the agenda starts. Add their title on the second line, or the name of their department or town, and it stops being a generic job shirt. If you're buying for a whole planning team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer send-off for a colleague who's moving on than another card.
