About this home director gift
A home director is the person who keeps a residential program running, usually a group home or a care facility, and the job rarely ends when the shift does. They're managing staff schedules, sitting in on hard conversations with families, and fielding calls at odd hours. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well, and so does one that gives them a few minutes of comfort. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold office or the overnight check, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they'll need before the first meeting. Put their title on it, home director, and add the name of their home or the program if you know it, so the gift shows you see what they do. If you're buying for a whole team of staff who work under them, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a thoughtful way to say thanks together.
