About this convention manager gift
Convention managers spend their days on the floor of a trade show or in a hotel ballroom at six in the morning, juggling vendors, room blocks, badge runs and a schedule that changes twice before lunch. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that pace: a comfortable tee or hoodie for the long setup days and the late tear-downs, and a mug for the early-morning coffee before the first session opens. Put their title on the shirt, or the line they'd use on a name badge, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a team that runs events together, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you after a big show. Conventions cluster in spring and fall in most cities, so orders placed a few weeks before a major event are a safe bet.
All convention manager gifts →- A tee for the load-in dayA dark T-shirt with convention manager across the chest works well for the setup days when they're on their feet from dawn until the hall is dark.
- A hoodie for the cold ballroomHotel ballrooms run cold, and a hoodie with their title stays on the back of a chair when the air conditioning wins.
- A mug for the early-morning coffeeAn 11oz mug with their title gets used before the first session and keeps their coffee from drifting onto the registration desk.
- Matching shirts for the events teamPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names of the crew, and choose a size for each person so everyone arrives in the same shirt.
