About this director equity gift
A director of equity usually works across departments, pushing for fair hiring, pay, and access to programs, and most of the job happens in meetings, reports, and hard conversations that rarely get thanked. A gift for them should acknowledge that the work is long and sometimes lonely. A comfortable tee they can wear to a community event or a weekend project, a hoodie for the early commute or a cold conference hall, or a mug for the office where the coffee gets cold while they're on a call. The title itself is a good personal detail: put director equity on the front and add their department, school, or organization in the second line so the shirt reflects where they actually do the work. Check the wording against their real job title first, since the role goes by different names at different places, and keep the text to what they'd actually want to say about their work.
All director equity gifts →- A tee for the long daysPrint director equity on a soft T-shirt and add their district or department on the second line. It's a good weekend shirt, not just a work one.
- A hoodie for the commuteA hoodie with their title is practical for early mornings and cold meeting rooms, and it's something they can wear without it feeling like office wear.
- A mug for the deskAn 11oz mug with their title keeps the coffee warm through back-to-back calls and gives them a small reminder of the work they're proud of.
- Matching shirts for a teamIf you're buying for a whole equity office, use the Team Shop to paste each person's name and order one design with every name on its own shirt.
