About this manager primary gift
A primary manager runs the day-to-day of a team, often in a line of work where the person in charge also helps out on the floor. Schedules, deadlines and the one employee who's always late all land on them, so the gifts that stick are the ones that make the job feel noticed. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly back office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so the coffee doesn't walk off to the break room. Add the word manager or primary manager to the text box so the shirt says what they actually do, and put their name on the second line if you want it to feel personal. If you're gifting a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and list each person's name, so the boss gets a team that looks like it belongs together. Manager gifts often arrive around a promotion, a long project wrapping up or the end of a busy season, so order a week or two ahead of that date.
All manager primary gifts →- A tee with their titleType manager into the text box and add their name or store on the second line. It's the shirt they'll wear on the days they're covering the floor.
- A mug for the back officeAn 11oz mug with their name keeps the morning coffee from getting mixed up with the rest of the team's.
- A hoodie for the long shiftsA hoodie with their title is practical for the cold stockroom or the early open, and it marks the role they've earned.
- Matching shirts for the teamPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names of everyone who reports to them, and send the whole crew a gift that says they're a unit.
