About this academic director gift
An academic director sits between the teachers, the students, the families and the budget, and most days that means a lot of meetings and very little thanks. The gifts that land are the ones that notice the work nobody sees: the schedule that finally fit together, the curriculum review, the parent who left happy. A soft tee or hoodie is something they'll wear on the weekend, and a mug earns a permanent spot on a desk that's always covered in paper. Make it theirs by typing their name or the title in full, or add the school, the program or the department on the second line. If you're a teacher or staff member buying for the person who leads you, a shared gift from the whole faculty tends to mean more than one from you alone. The end of the school year and the start of a new term are the natural moments, along with a retirement or a move to a new school.
All academic director gifts →- A mug for the deskPut their name and Academic Director on an 11 oz mug that will hold the coffee they drink between meetings.
- A hoodie for the long school yearAdd the program or department on the second line, and they have a layer for chilly hallways and early mornings.
- Matching shirts from the whole facultyChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste the staff's names so each person gets their own shirt in their own size, a good gift for the end of the year.
- A tee for a new role or a send-offFor someone just promoted, or about to retire, add the year or a short line and it marks the moment.
