About this department mgr gift
A department manager usually runs a floor full of people while still being accountable for the numbers, the schedules and the customers who come back when the shelves are stocked right. They're often the first one in and the last to leave, and the coffee in their mug goes cold more than once a shift. A gift that acknowledges the actual job lands better than a generic work tee: a shirt that says department manager with their department name underneath, a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the early open, or a mug for the office corner where they do the paperwork. Add the store or team they run and it stops being a title and becomes their own. If you're buying for a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you put one design on each person's shirt with their own name, which tends to go over better than another round of donuts.
