About this bar captain gift
A bar captain is the person who keeps the taproom running: they set the pours, settle the arguments about the rotation, and somehow know every regular's usual before they sit down. Most of that work happens on their feet, behind the bar or at the end of a long shift when the stools are finally empty. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that. A soft tee for the drive home after close, a hoodie for the cold walk to the car, or a mug for the one quiet cup of coffee before opening. Put the title on it exactly as the bar uses it, so it reads as theirs and not a generic bartender shirt. If you're buying for the whole staff, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a better thank-you than another round of drinks, because it's something they'll wear long after the bar's busy season ends.
