About this material director gift
A material director usually sits between the buyers, the plant floor and the finance people, which means the job is mostly keeping parts flowing on time and at a price nobody complains about. They spend a lot of their week on supplier calls, forecasts and the occasional late-night shortage. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic office joke. Put their title on a tee or hoodie and add the company name or the team they lead on a second line. A mug with their title is a good pick for the desk, where they'll reach for it through every planning cycle. If you're buying for their whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to thank a group that keeps the lines running.
